* We are now charging a non-refundable studio fee per person for pottery painting due to a huge number of no-shows. This is payable when booking.

*This is your studio fee to cover the cost of your studio time, paints and glazing and does NOT come off your bill at the end of your session. You then pay for the ceramics you paint on the day. 

* You MUST BOOK FOR THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ATTENDING and not just the number of painters. Everyone that is in attendance will have to pay the studio fee. We are a small studio and therefore we need to know how many people are coming otherwise we won't be able to accommodate all of you. 

* Our sessions for pottery painting are 2 hours and run back to back, so you may not be able to be seated early if you arrive before your session time. 

* If you are running late, please bear in mind that your 2 hours start from the time of the booking, not from when you arrive. 

* If you wish to extend your session for more than 2 hours, you will need to book and pay for two slots back to back.

* If more than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation, we will hold your booking fee and you can rebook for an alternative date within a 3 month period. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before will mean that your booking fee is lost. 

* For parties of over 6 people, please message us to book.

* Please note that hand and foot print sessions are 30 minutes long and do not book you a table. If you wish to decorate your prints yourself, you will need to book a painting table as well as a prints slot. Alternatively we can decorate them for you for a small additional fee.
